Fantastic location near the parks with complimentary transport.

Nothing really. Just very large and can sometimes feel like a maze.

“Rude and unhelpful reception staff”

The location was beneficial to reach Disney parks. The restaurants inside was good.

The lobby staff was so unfriendly, especially the lady whose name I can not remember. They did not load the car park entrance to our room card nad it was so rainy, we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be reloaded. And the reception lady was so rude like it was our mistake and also blmaed her collauge and made unnecessary comments like "I don't think we will pay you back" when we told her that we had to leave it to te vale although we would self park because the key never opened the car park. Because of this unfriendly rude lady I would not recommend this great facility for any familes.
