Un parque genial si vas a visitar los parques de universal. Tienes los autobuses gratuitos y todas las comodidades.

Las almohadas eran incómodas, es lo único que no nos gustó.

Location a massive plus. Modern facilities and friendly staff.

The first night (Friday) the rooftop bar was closed for a private event. Wasn’t made clear that surrounding hotels facilities were available.

“Good choice for families going to Universals parks”

The hotel is located in a great proximity to Universal parks , has complimentary shuttle and just 5 min walk to the Volcano Bay park . The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms were not super big but had everything we needed and were clean . The bath arrangement was convenient as the sink is separate from the toilet and shower The late dining options were very convenient as we came back late every day from the parks. The pizza at the lobby was very good ! And the Starbucks in the hotel was opening really early which was great to grab the coffee before the parks . We also used the self serve laundry room in the hotel, which was very convenient.

The rooms were small size and there was not enough room to have the clothes in a convenient way in our 3 girls room. First room that we received was on the 6 floor overviewing parking lot and had horrible noise. After the first night we asked to move the room and were moved to the 14th floor on the same side. (two connected rooms) The noise was still there but barely noticeable, so we were ok with it
