“Bad stuff”

The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately the staff, especially the concierge team, was very rude and unhelpful. One of the concierges, wearing a white shirt and black tie, recommended that we have dinner at Café de Paris in Monte-Carlo. After I gave him all the details for the reservation, I asked if everything was confirmed. He replied very rudely, saying, “Yes, yes, go, go. You have your reservation.” However, when we arrived at the restaurant, there was no reservation for our group of six. Later, my mother wasn’t feeling well, so I asked the front desk if they could arrange for a doctor to check her blood pressure. Instead of offering assistance, the receptionist rudely told us, “No, go buy a blood pressure monitor.” Throughout our stay, several other staff members were also unfriendly. They often ignored our calls, seemed uninterested in helping, and did not provide the level of service you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is pleasant, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff significantly affected our experience.

“I’ll come back next year”

Good location. Swimming pools are of good quality. Food was good as well as service level. Friendly personnel. Blue Bay was a great experience.

Nothing that stands out. 4pm check is late. Would prefer this to be 3pm. This would represent a meaningful service improvement.

The pools are amazing and it’s a beautiful Hotel
