The location is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
We had an unpleasant experience at reception. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not properly check the system before processing the payment. We had to provide proof that we had already paid before the issue was acknowledged and corrected. For a hotel of this standard, we expected more attention and professionalism at check-in.
