Hotel Cappuccino - Palma

The ambience of the Hotel and the room size and style - very chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful on checkin and if questions raised.

The air-conditioning system inn our room was dysfunctional and a new system installed asap for the price of the room - very disappointing - it made such an awful noise all night (and the windows were closed) I tried to turn it off completely, and endure the hot evening, but the system would not allow me to do so. Both my daughter and i had to sleep with anti-noise headphones, which still did not work. Very uncomfortable and I am amazed that another guest has complained prior to us.

Gymmet, löpbandet var av dålig kvalitet, det kan bara användas för lugn löpning och gång.

Det eneste negative med denne beliggenheten, var kirkeklokkene som ringte hvert 50 minutt på natten som gjorde at vi sov litt dårlig.
