“Wish we stayed elsewhere despite the lovely staff”
Not a bad location for what we needed. But you’re definitely not in central Palma if that’s you’re looking for. However we didn’t mind and we caught cabs into town when needed. In addition, the staff were great. Very accommodating and helped us with what we needed when we needed.
This hotel would have been amazing 20 years ago but unfortunately it is very old and run down now. The rooms aren’t very comfortable and I didn’t feel like they were overly clean - more due to age and being very run down. The furniture is older and the beds weren’t comfortable. The facilities are also very dated, pools are very salty and the restaurant was basic.
